How Safe To Ship With Your Company ?

Aerocean Freight Private Limited works with reputed brokers and shipping agents at the origin & destination points of your package. We are an authorized agents for major shipping liners including Economy Express & Internationl Express .

What Is Transit Time With Air Shipping ?

We have various options for transit time. You may choose from either our Economy service or our Express service. Our Economy service delivers within a 8-12 business days time and our Express service delivers within a 3-6 business days transit time for our International shipping services. Please call our customer support team to confirm transit times.

Can We Send Fragile Items?

Aerocean Freight Private Limited Service provide packaging services. You can send fragile items by properly packing the stuff on your end or Aerocean International can also provide you Proper Packing with Strong Packing Stuff( Wooden/ Thermocole Etc. ) on Extra Charges but still there’s a possibility that the fragile items might get damaged in the transit. So Customer can Make own Insurance or AAA International Can make 100% Insurance on Damage/ Lost at the rates of 3% on Invoice Value

Do You Provide Door Pickup Service?

Yes, we do pick packages from ALMOST any part of the world. Pickup charges may or may not apply depending on your pickup location. Additional charges may apply for out of area pickup or remote area pickup. Please contact our customer support team to learn about pickup charges for your shipment. Once you schedule your shipment on our website we will notify you if shipment is out of area coverage and cannot be pickup up.

Do Aerocean Freight Private Limited Provide Packing Services?

YES the Company provide packaging services as per consent of sender which is Chargeable according to type of packing (Wooden/ Thermo Cole Etc.)

How Can Calculate Correct Custom Duties On International Courier Or Parcel?

There’s not a Clear cut way to know the exact amount of the customs duties that will be charged to the consignee. Custom department has the complete rights to scrutinize the shipments and implement the duties based on the items you are sending, so custom duties will be paid by Consignee or Consignor
